The niche
A job board for fractional Agent Ops.
Companies use this desk to hire part-time, contract, and fractional operators who keep AI agents and automations running. Specialists use it to find work that is scoped that way on purpose.
The work we list
- Agent Ops leads who own production agents after the demo is over.
- LLM ops and evals specialists who can show what a system gets wrong.
- Workflow automation leads working in n8n, Zapier, and the glue around them.
- Engagements that are fractional, part-time, or a fixed-term contract.
What stays off the board
- Full-time generalist software roles with “AI” in the title and no operations scope.
- Unpaid pilots, equity-only offers, and commission-only arrangements.
- Staffing blasts and recycled listings from a general remote board.
- Company-wide “learn to prompt” training dressed up as a job.
For companies
A post is $149 for 30 days featured. Pay on the posting page. Stripe collects the company name, role title, and an optional job link.
For specialists
Each role has its own page with the rate when the original posting states one, the time commitment, and a link to that posting. There are no accounts. The verified date on a role is the day that posting was checked live.
Why the board is this narrow
Fractional Agent Ops is a small market. A specialist scanning a general board spends the hour filtering out roles they will not take. A company posting here is saying the work is part-time on purpose, and that the job is to operate agents and automations — not to be a generalist engineer who occasionally writes a prompt.
