Refunds

Refund Policy

You receive a full refund if the listing has not been published yet, or if you ask within 7 days of purchase.

After 7 days there is no refund, except when we reject or remove a listing ourselves. That refund is full.

To request a refund, email agent-ops-jobs@mail.grokbot.com.

Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.
