Build and run the agents that operate a small AI consultancy's back office — onboarding, time allocation, subcontract review — with evals and monitoring so they keep working unattended.

Mind Moves wants to move its own internal operations from people using AI tools to agents doing the work. The first targets are contractor and employee onboarding, staff time allocation across contracts, subcontract review, market-rate research, proposals, and process documentation.

This is a fixed-term, full-time-hours contract to lay the foundation: pick the highest-leverage workflows, ship the first generation of agents, and leave behind evals, guardrails, monitoring, and documentation the rest of the team can rely on.

What you would own

  • Break internal workflows into agent components: skills, tools, memory, guardrails, and orchestration.
  • Build evaluation suites that measure agent quality and catch regressions without manual babysitting.
  • Deploy, monitor, and iterate on agents from prototype through production.
  • Leave reusable agent infrastructure and documentation the wider team can operate.

What they're looking for

  • You have shipped agents to production that ran on their own and handled edge cases.
  • You treat evals, observability, structured outputs, and error handling as the core of the job.
  • You can scope, prototype, and ship without a large team around you.
  • US-based; a background check is required if selected.
