AI Automation Specialist (Part-time, 015-1366)

Build and maintain AI agents and workflow automations for an Australian accounting firm: timesheets, WIP, billing drafts, client follow-ups, and workload summaries.

An Australian accounting and advisory firm wants a part-time builder to remove repetitive work from its accountants. Target areas include timesheet capture and reminders, WIP monitoring, draft invoices, ATO correspondence tracking, and AI-drafted client emails reviewed by staff.

The contractor is engaged directly by the client and is expected to keep the automations accurate over time, not just ship them.

What you would own

• Build AI agents and automations for accounting, admin, and client-service processes.
• Automate timesheet tracking, WIP monitoring, and draft invoice preparation.
• Draft client follow-ups with AI for team review.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and document workflows so they stay reliable.

What they're looking for

• Hands-on with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or Power Automate.
• Comfortable connecting systems through APIs and integrations.
• Philippines-based, with occasional availability in AU business hours.

Location: Philippines · some AU business-hours overlap. Hours: 15–20 hours / week. Pay: A$1200–1800/mo.
