Own and tune an e-commerce client's existing AI support-ticket agent, then automate reconciliation, reporting, and catalog work across departments.
Scale Army's client buys, bundles, and resells merchandise online and wants to move from scattered AI experiments to automation that is part of how the business runs. The specialist reports to the founder.
Part of the job is operating an AI agent that already exists: an auto-responder over several support inboxes backed by an internal knowledge library, which needs its knowledge expanded and its success rate improved. The rest is building automations with AI coding tools across accounting, reporting, and a large SKU catalog.
